THE AVERAGE LAP TIME IS  35 SECONDS (A  LAP PER WEEK)​ 
PHYSICAL TESTS:
  1. Walk more than 4 hours in total, this month.
  2. Run for at least 20 minutes, twice this month.
  3. Play 3 different sports for at least 30 minutes each this month.
  4. Participate as a runner in the Constitution Race (6 DECEMBER)
